Individual Coaching
The Complex Problem
You are feeling trapped and you want to create change but you don’t know how. From the outside, you look successful, like you have it all put together. But that façade does not match how you feel inside. You’ve got a great career, a loving partnership, fabulous kids, and a wonderful home. You’ve created what you’ve wanted to create. But, you’re lacking the joy in your life that you’ve been searching for and you don’t know why. You feel like you “should” be happy and you feel guilty that you’re not. You have tried to “fix it,” by going on a vacation, switching jobs, learning a hobby, or taking on a self-improvement plan. But none of it is working.

You will understand why you’re not happy with the life that you’ve created. You will discover what really matters to you and how to enjoy your life, with all of it’s challenges, ups and downs. You will uncover unique and authentic possibilities for creating what you want. I will support and challenge you throughout the process and moving forward.
VIP Coaching Package
Package Inclusions
- VIP Coaching Kick-off Day: a full day of support and coaching in a relaxing venue of your choosing. This day serves to allow you to get away from your day-to-day life, focus completely on yourself. We will begin to build trust and rapport in the coaching relationship, and begin to understand your needs, your situation and our objectives for your coaching.
- One 50-minute session per week (phone or in-person) at a recurring time.
- Complete access to me throughout the week via text message and email.
Commitment
- VIP Clients commit to working with me for a minimum of 6 months.
- $1000/month
- You are responsible for your own accommodations and travel for the VIP coaching day.
Standard Coaching Package
Package Inclusions
- One 50-minute session per week (phone or in-person) at a recurring time
- Additional email support during the week if needed
Commitment
- Coaching clients commit to working with me for a minimum of 3 months.
- $1100/month
Corporate Coaching
The Complex Problem
You have an important role in your company and you manage a lot of moving parts and people. You may employ an army of consultants to help with specific needs (strategic planning, marketing, technology, training, speaking, space planning, etc.). You are constantly providing support to your team and the organization, and you need support also. You need a sounding board, a partner to bounce ideas off of, someone to strategize with, and outside perspective, and someone who understands your vision, and someone who can provide support around your role and identity within the organization.

I help you develop new approaches and strategies to address the struggles and requirements of your role, navigate difficult challenges, and shape your role and position to be what you truly want it to be. I help you remove the barriers that are affecting your life and career and well as the health of your organization. You will learn to trust yourself, feel more confident in your role and management styles, and move your company forward.
